Training overview:

This is a 7-hour, two-part webinar designed for clinicians seeking theoretical and practical training in the Flash Technique (FT) for trauma counseling and treatment. Conducted over two consecutive days in 3.5-hour sessions, this training introduces the basics of trauma theory, FT protocols, and the neuroscience behind FT, with live demonstrations and hands-on practices. Participants will learn to apply FT as a trauma intervention that does not require the client to disclosure or to focus on the trauma. It is effective for diverse client populations, including those who may be resistant or highly sensitive to trauma processing.

Target audience:

This Zoom webinar is designed specifically for Malaysian counseling and therapy practicum students, internship students, practicing clinicians, clinical supervisors, and educators in the mental health field. Priority will be given exclusively to these groups, ensuring that those most likely to apply the Flash Technique in clinical, supervisory, or educational settings will benefit directly from this training.
