什么是 QPR?
QPR 代表询问 (Question)、劝说 (Persuade) 和转介 (Refer) — 任何人都可以学习的三个简单步骤，帮助挽救自杀者的生命。正如接受过心肺复苏术 (CPR) 和海姆利克急救法 (Heimlich Maneuver) 培训的人每年帮助拯救成千上万的生命一样，接受 QPR 培训的人学会如何识别自杀危机的警告信号，并如何询问、劝说和转介某人寻求帮助。每年都有成千上万像您一样的人，通过成为受过培训的 QPR 护门员 (Gatekeeper)来拯救朋友、同事、兄弟姐妹、学生或邻居的生命。
什么是守门员 (Gatekeeper)?
根据外科总医师的《国家预防自杀战略》(2001)，守门员是指能够识别危机和察觉某人可能正在考虑自杀的警告信号的人。守门员可以是任何人，包括父母、朋友、邻居、教师和讲师、学生、牧师、医生、护士、办公室主管、经理、警察、顾问、个案工作者、消防员以及其他许多在战略上处于有利位置，可以识别并转介自杀风险者的人士。
