Dr. Nicole Chen is a seasoned counsellor with over two decades of experience, specialising in couples and family therapy. As the founder and Clinical Director of Heal Systemic Therapy Centre, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex challenges. She is active in providing supervision for both trainees and registered mental health professionals. 

Gideon Litherland, PhD, serves on the core faculty of the Counseling Department at the Family Institute at Northwestern University. He is a Clinical Training Director in the online site of the program and works with counselors-in-training, site supervisors, and university supervisors from across the country.

Dr. Ng Kok Mun, a professor of counsellor education at Oregon State University, is a licensed mental health counsellor in the U.S. He regularly conducts counselling-related training in Malaysia and the U.S. He specialises in couples, marriage, and family counselling and counsellor education and supervision. Dr. Ng employs a culturally informed and social justice-oriented systemic approach in his teaching, supervision, and counselling practice, adeptly utilising various treatment modalities, particularly post-modern therapies. He’s a cofounder of Soulcare Counselling.

Lee Kok Han (Raymond) is a licensed counsellor, certified QPR Gatekeeper Instructor, and HRDCorp Accredited Trainer with over 10 years of experience. He provides counselling, crisis support, supervision, and mental health related training across corporate, education, and community settings.

Professor Emeritus Dr. Louis Downs, California State University and retired Clinical Professor of the School of Medicine, University of California, a Nationally Certified Counselor in the US and a member of Persatuan Psikologi Malaysia.  With the expert mentoring of Drs. Kluft, Masterson, and Polster, Louis’s specialties include personality disordered clients, trauma survivors, disaster mental health relief, dissociative and anxiety disorders.

Dr. Yun Shi is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the U.S. and an Assistant Professor of Counselor Education at Portland State University. Yun has many years of clinical experience that includes working with trauma survivors and individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.

Mrs. Megan Mantey is a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) in the U.S. and the Director of Counseling and Wellness at the University of Maine at Augusta. Megan has many years of clinical experience working with culturally diverse clients in and outside of the U.S. Megan has conducted many trauma counseling training.

Chan Fun Shin is a Malaysian registered counsellor and sex therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate issues related to intimacy, desire, and sexual wellness. With over 10 years of experience, he specializes in creating safe, open spaces for clients to explore their sexuality and trains professionals to do the same with confidence.
